Spring Confetti Banner Decor

Here's a simple and fun way to decorate any room for spring!

Materials:

Twine/ribbon (I used baker's twine)

Scissors

Tissue paper

Command hooks (or whatever you want to hang up the decor with)

Optional: glue

Directions:

Take one sheet of tissue paper and fold in half 3 times. 

It should look like this:

Make sure one of the shorter ends looks like this:

Begin cutting thin strands. Stop about 2 inches before you get the the end that looks like the above photo.

Unfold and cut in half.

 It should look like this:

Unfold and cut in half again.

Take one of the halves (use the other half later) and unfold. 

 Roll.

 Twist to make a loop.

  Optional: Glue this loop so it stays together.

String the confetti and hang it up with the hooks.

Hopefully you'll have less of a mess than I did when done!  :) Then again, I trimmed my confetti so it wouldn't be as long.
